TECHFORM Sil 5 is a release agent based on specially selected methylsilicone oils. It has lubricating properties. It is used as a separating agent in the processing of plastics and rubber. It helps to remove a molded piece from injection molds. It is used in the furniture industry, during upholstery works and with sewing machines. It is used for the maintenance of plastic products. Thanks to its excellent sliding properties, it is also used in mechanical systems to reduce friction. It is solvent-free and environmentally friendly. It has thixotropic properties.

Other uses:

• maintenance of plastic and rubber products,
• lubrication of parts of precision mechanisms made of both metals and plastics,
• lubrication of cutting surfaces in knives and paper cutting guillotines,
• lubrication and maintenance of working surfaces of heating elements of welding machines in packaging machines.

TECHFORM Sil 5, after spraying creates an even, hydrophobic, non-stick and dielectric layer, stable in a wide temperature range.
