TECHFORM Sil is a silicone release agent which can be used in processing of plastics and rubbers. It helps to remove a molded piece from injection molds. It is all-purpose agent and all-round agent which may be applied for majority of plastics.

Other uses:

• for maintenance of plastics products and rubber products,
• for lubrication parts of precise mechanism which are made of plastics and metals,
• for lubrication cutting surfaces in paper cutter,
• for lubrication and maintenance working surfaces in heating elements of heat sealer.

After spraying TECHFORM Sil make a uniformly, hydrophobic, anti-adhesive and dielectric layer, which is solid at a wide range of temperatures.

Techform Asilen 12 - free-silicone release agent. TECHFORM Asilen 12 can be used in processing of plastics and rubber.  It helps to remove a moulded piece from injection molds. It does not contain a poly(methyl silicone) oil. Owing to its unique formula a moulded piece may be treated to processes (painting, printing, bonding, gluing) without pretreatment. Elements of the product have a dry, mat surface. TECHFORM Asilen 12 can be used to processing of a majority of thermoplastic and thermosetting products:

• polyolefine,
• polyamide,
• ABS.

In addition, TECHFORM Asilen 12 may be applied in industry processes where is required a anti-adhesive layer without methylosilicone

TECHFORM EMULSJA SILIKONOWA typ 65 is a water, nonionic emulsion of poly(methyl silicone) oil (concentration 65%). May be applied in various industrial sectors.

TECHFORM SIL 3 is a release silicone agent with increased performance. It can be used in processing of plastics and rubber, especially in complicated details with complex surface. It helps to remove a moulded piece from injection molds. Techform Sil 3 is characterized by large separating force.

TECHFORM Cyner 20 is a very efficient release agent used in the processing of plastics and rubber. Contains zinc stearate, does not contain silicone. It leaves a durable release coating. Details without cleaning can be subjected to further processes such as painting, gluing, metallization, etc. Suitable for cold and hot forms. Ideal for testing new forms.

The TECHFORM Cyner 20 release agent can be used to process most thermoplastics and rubbers: polyolefins, polyamides, ABS, polysulfone, polycarbonate, polystyrene, as well as epoxy and phenolic resins. The TECHFORM Cyner 20 release agent is used in industrial processes where a methyl silicon-free release layer is required.
