TECHFORM Sil An Anti-adhesive Preparation

TECHFORM Sil is a silicone-based anti-adhesive preparation used in plastics and rubbers processing operations. It facilitates removing moulding pieces from injection moulds. It is an all-purpose preparation which can be used for most types of commercially processed plastics.

 

TECHFORM Sil is used also for:

  • maintenance of goods made of plastics and rubber
  • lubrication of parts in precision mechanisms made both of metal and plastics
  • lubrication of cutting surfaces in paper cutters and guillotines
  • lubrication and maintenance of heated working surfaces in heat sealers used in packing machines

TECHFORM Sil after spraying produces even, hydrophobic, anti-adhesive and dielectric layer remaining stable within wide temperature range.
