TECHFORM Asilen 12 A Silicone-free Anti-adhesive Preparation

TECHFORM anti-adhesive preparation is used in plastics and rubber processing industries. It facilitates removal of moulded pieces from injection moulds. TECHFORM does not contain silicone in its composition. Thanks to its unique formula, the moulded pieces, without any additional processing, can be subject to further improvement processes such as painting, printing, thermal coupling and gluing.

 

Resulting pieces obtain dry, slightly matt surface.

TECHFORM can be used in processing of most thermoplastic compounds such as:

  • polyolefins
  • polyamides
  • ABS etc.

as well as for thermosetting plastics. Moreover, TECHFORM anti-adhesive preparation finds application in different industrial processes where a silicon-free separation layer is required.
